The dffb has notched up three nominations for the 2015 Award for Young Film Art in association with the National Gallery Award for Young Art. There are a total of 6 candidates on the shortlist.
Directing student Anton Gonopolski is nominated for his feature-length film 28 ½.
Maiximilian Linz is nominated for his degree film Ich will mich nicht künstlich aufregen, which was produced as a Leuchtstoff project in cooperation with the Medienboard Berlin-Brandenburg, RBB and Amerikafilm.
Last but not least, dffb graduate Bastian Günther is nominated for his film “California City”.
The award ceremony will be held in Hamburger Bahnhof - Museum of Contemporary Art – on Friday 18th September, starting at 6.30 p.m.
The award-winning film will subsequently be shown at Hamburger Bahnhof for four months in a dedicated screening room.
