{"id":21734,"date":"2020-03-18T18:00:43","date_gmt":"2020-03-18T17:00:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dffb.de\/?post_type=event&#038;p=21734"},"modified":"2020-03-12T17:23:52","modified_gmt":"2020-03-12T16:23:52","slug":"20-jahre-first-steps-dffb-film-matters","status":"publish","type":"event","link":"https:\/\/www.dffb.de\/en\/event\/20-jahre-first-steps-dffb-film-matters\/","title":{"rendered":"CANCELLED: 20 Years First Steps &amp; DFFB: Film Mat\u00adters!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Due to the cur\u00adrent sit\u00adu\u00ada\u00adtion in con\u00adnec\u00adtion with the coro\u00adna virus, we have decid\u00aded, togeth\u00ader with the Deutsche Fil\u00admakademie and First Steps, to can\u00adcel the event.<\/p>\n<p>We would like to deal with the sit\u00adu\u00ada\u00adtion respon\u00adsi\u00adbly and con\u00adtribute to con\u00adtain the spread of the virus and pro\u00adtect endan\u00adgered risk groups.<\/p>\n<p>We are very pleased about the great pop\u00adu\u00adlar\u00adi\u00adty of the event, but at this point we ask for your under\u00adstand\u00ading for the deci\u00adsion, which was made after care\u00adful con\u00adsid\u00ader\u00ada\u00adtion.<\/p>\n<p>- \u2014 - \u2014 -<\/p>\n<p>At the clos\u00ading event for the 20th anniver\u00adsary of the Ger\u00adman Young Tal\u00adent Award <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/FirstStepsAward\/\">FIRST STEPS<\/a>, three DFFB grad\u00adu\u00adates at the begin\u00adning of their pro\u00adfes\u00adsion\u00adal careers will reflect on their expe\u00adri\u00adences and strate\u00adgies, wish\u00ades and demands: How do they suc\u00adceed in find\u00ading and assert\u00ading their own ideas dur\u00ading their stud\u00adies and after\u00adwards? Why and about what do we want and will we make films?<\/p>\n<p>The film\u00admak\u00aders each rep\u00adre\u00adsent dif\u00adfer\u00adent, very indi\u00advid\u00adual atti\u00adtudes, cin\u00ade\u00admat\u00adic worlds and artis\u00adtic self-under\u00adstand\u00adings:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Julia Lang\u00adhof, direc\u00adtor of LOMO \u2014 THE LANGUAGE OF MANY OTHERS (2017)<\/li>\n<li>Lukas Feigelfeld, direc\u00adtor of HAGAZUSSA (2018)<\/li>\n<li>Agnesh Pakoz\u00addi, cin\u00ade\u00admatog\u00adra\u00adph\u00ader of DAS MELANCHOLISCHE M\u00c4DCHEN (2019)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The inter\u00adview will be con\u00adduct\u00aded by Ulrich Matthes, Pres\u00adi\u00addent of the Ger\u00adman Film Acad\u00ade\u00admy. The evening will be opened by Dr. Rain\u00ader Rother as host and Artis\u00adtic Direc\u00adtor of the Deutsche Kine\u00admath\u00adek, which makes the cin\u00ade\u00admat\u00adic her\u00aditage of the DFFB \u2014 and thus the tra\u00addi\u00adtion of the own and the obsti\u00adnate, acces\u00adsi\u00adble to the pub\u00adlic. In addi\u00adtion, the Deutsche Kine\u00admath\u00adek will be show\u00ading excerpts from the cur\u00adrent grad\u00adu\u00ada\u00adtion films of the pan\u00adelists.<\/p>\n<p>The dis\u00adcus\u00adsion will take place on the 4th floor of the Filmhaus at Pots\u00addamer Platz.
