Famous exam\u00adples are HIGH MAINTENANCE and THE MISADVENTURES OF AWKWARD BLACK GIRL, which both became dram\u00ade\u00addy series with four resp. five sea\u00adsons (INSECURE) on HBO. The work\u00adshop teach\u00ades ser\u00adi\u00adal sto\u00adry\u00adtelling and the tech\u00adnique of col\u00adlab\u00ado\u00adra\u00adtive writ\u00ading in the Writ\u00aders\u2019 Room in a con\u00addensed form thanks to the short for\u00admat at its cen\u00adter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The work\u00adshop will be led by Corinne Le Hong in close col\u00adlab\u00ado\u00adra\u00adtion with the Ser\u00adi\u00adal Eyes train\u00ading pro\u00adgram. Expe\u00adri\u00adenced screen\u00adwrit\u00aders like Katrin Merkel (Ser\u00adi\u00adal Eyes, Head of Stud\u00adies), Ste\u00adfanie Ren (A THIN LINE), Vik\u00adto\u00adria So Hee Alz (DRUCK, PARA), Han\u00adno Hack\u00adfort and Bob Kon\u00adrad (4BLOCKS, PARA and KLEO) are lec\u00adtur\u00aders of the pro\u00adgram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Six Eng\u00adlish-speak\u00ading par\u00adtic\u00adi\u00adpants will be select\u00aded for the work\u00adshop and trained to devel\u00adop dig\u00adi\u00adtal short form series and work in the writ\u00aders\u2019 room. The work\u00adshop is aimed in par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlar at minori\u00adties and groups that are tra\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal\u00adly under\u00adrep\u00adre\u00adsent\u00aded in the media indus\u00adtry, e.g. BIPoC or per\u00adsons from the LGBTQIA* com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty. Pre\u00advi\u00adous writ\u00ading expe\u00adri\u00adence is required.
