the Human Rights Film Festival is running its 4th edition between 16-25.9.2021 !
The festival aims to provide people new perspectives and to encourage and promote unusual partnerships by offering the opportunity for academics, experts, decision-makers, and activists from various fields to come together.
This year HRFFB’s versatile film selection includes 40 outstanding documentaries that focus on stories from all parts of the world that vividly address and reflect the human action, the socio-political status quo and fundamental issues such as democracy, justice, gender equality and environmental protection. Furthermore, we will continue diving into the discussions and exchanging knowledge during the Human Rights Forum. During our 4-day conference we will once again highlight storytelling and campaigning to create change by creating a space for film- and media-makers, artists, activists, NGO workers and scientists from all over the world to discuss, create and share their stories with the world.
We have 10 very exciting days ahead of us in this upcoming September. We will run a hybrid version of the festival again this year and we wish that many of you will be able to join us on site or online!
