I’m looking for one person to join me in my 90 sqm industrial studio space with high ceilings + 28 sqm room (currently a workshop) at Gerichtshöfe, starting September or later. If we get along well, this can turn into a long-term arrangement. The extra room can be rented exclusively on top of the shared studio space if there’s need for extra space.
Gerichtstr. 12–13. Close to S‑Bahn Humboldthain / Wedding / Gesundbrunnen.

The space is bright, with two big windows, on the 4th floor. There’s a kitchen, bathroom, and a heavy-duty elevator with ground-level access.

I’m open to filmmakers, producers, post-production, artists, colorists, designers, and whatnot. No practices that rely heavily on making dirt or frequently making noise.
