We are currently developing a vertical narrative series titled EUROPEAN DREAMERS, set on a European night train. The project is in development and is intended to be pitched to ARTE.
We are preparing a short teaser (2 shooting days, January 27–28) and are still looking for an actress as our lead role.
About the role “Abby”:
Abby is American and works as a service attendant on the train. She has an almost overflowing energy — open, humorous, emotionally present, and very communicative. Abby easily connects with people, asks a lot of questions, and genuinely means well. Sometimes a bit too much — which is exactly what makes her relatable and compelling. The role is highly dialogue-driven and relies on natural presence and timing.
Profile we are looking for:
playing age 19
international presence, ideally native English speaker
strong, natural screen presence
communicative, humorous, dialogue-driven
filming in English (fluent or native)
The teaser shoot is a low-budget development shoot and will be unpaid. We want to be fully transparent about this. Travel and catering will be provided, and in the event of a series realization, professional compensation and further collaboration are planned.
