What do we see when we look at the sky?

It’s love at first sight when Lisa and Giorgi meet by chance on a street in the Georgian city of Kutaisi. Love strikes them so suddenly, they even forget to ask each other’s names. Before continuing on their way, they agree to meet the next day. Little do they know that an evil eye casts its spell on them. Will they manage to meet again? And if they do, will they know who they are? Life goes on as usual in their hometown, street dogs stray, the soccer world cup begins and a film crew on its quest to find true love might be what they need.

Rondo

A carefree weekend at the Baltic Sea with her boyfriend, Lars, turns into a déjà vu experience for Zoé, propelling her back to another time: To a weekend where she had already been at the very same place with someone she had loved before. Like a traitor to her present relationship, Zoé secretly follows the trails of her memory, which she had painfully tried to forget. Rondo is a cinematic poem, which circles like a musical round dance and ends where it began.

City Penguin

A very hot afternoon in Berlin; schools are closed. Two sisters, Malin and Sophia, are stuck in their stuffy apartment constantly on the verge of boredom. While Sophia does not want to be disturbed reading, her little sister tries to get her attention by telling her that she has forgotten her toy penguin Pomito at school. The two of them invent possible scenarios for the penguin and send him on a journey that takes him through the empty school building and on an accidental trip on the garbage truck, which finally brings him to the real penguins at the zoo.
