Dirk Meier, BVK CSI, co-founder of the com­pa­ny direc­tor’s friend, which enabled and super­vised the dig­i­tal record­ing of the one-take fea­ture film RUSSIAN ARK by Alek­sander Sokurov in 2001. Since 2005 col­orist for com­pa­nies in Ger­many and abroad, includ­ing ANTICHRIST, A FANTASTIC WOMAN, HAPPY AS LAZZARO and ABOUT ENDLESSNESS. Since 1998, he has taught at Ger­man and Scan­di­na­vian film schools, fur­ther edu­ca­tion insti­tu­tions and at the Berli­nale Tal­ents. From 2015–2019, he designed and direct­ed UP.GRADE, the world’s first full-time train­ing pro­gram for col­orists at the DFFB.
