Eti­enne Haug is a French sound engi­neer based in Berlin. He start­ed work­ing with set sound in 2007 after grad­u­at­ing from ENSLL Nation­al Film School with a Mas­ter’s degree in sound — spe­cial­iz­ing in sur­round sound. He has assist­ed on world-renowned films such as Ter­rence Mal­ick­’s A HIDDEN LIFE (2018), Nuri Bilge Cey­lan’s Palme d’or win­ning WINTER SLEEP (2013) and THE WILD PEAR TREE (2018), Maria Schrader’s UNORTHODOX (2020). With this sol­id expe­ri­ence, he then worked as a sound mix­er on inter­na­tion­al films such as ZEITVERBRECHEN (2023) from Para­mount.
