Moonlight

Not having seen her for years, Robert bumps into his unfulfilled love Viola in the Berlin metro. Their feelings for one another return after this coincidental encounter. "Moonlight" links the protagonists' past and present in a mysterious way while telling a short melancholic love-story in which a small hair clip turns into a big confession of love.

Katja, an almost 30 years old actress from Berlin, is about to premiere Tchehovs 'Seagull'. She's torn between the reality of the play and the difficult relations to the various people around her. Katja has just broken up her relationship with Lars - her old love from the theater school, and she's involved into an affair with the director of the play she's acting in. Katja is also in conflict with her religious parents, whose perception of the reality is different to her own. Daughter of a Polish mother and a German father she tries to break the „ancient“ chains.
