Set Construction for Graduation Film “In der Form meiner Hand” (WT) – Support Needed!
For the graduation film “In der Form meiner Hand”, we are still looking for support with our studio set construction. The construction period will take place from August 24 to October 8. We are also happy to welcome people who are only available for individual days or weeks.
The film is a collaboration between Filmuniversität and 3sat, directed by Leah Peirce. It is a surrealist, feminist reinterpretation of the fairy tale Little Red Riding Hood, incorporating Georgian influences.
If you have always wanted to build a studio set and feel comfortable with a Makita, paint roller, or measuring tape (or would like to learn), you are very welcome to join us. Experience in film, theatre, design, interior architecture, or fine arts is helpful but not required. Most importantly, we are looking for people who are reliable, motivated, and curious.
For those with relevant experience, we are also looking for the following positions during the shoot (October 5–23):
Costume Assistant (from September 14)
Set Decorator
Set Prop Master
Script/Continuity
Set Runner
Production Driver
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer payment, but we provide the opportunity to get to know the university, its degree programs, and professors. For volunteer work on the project, we can issue an official certificate of participation.
