I’m an artist building a cinematic universe — an original series, music videos, a social media world, and a membership platform, all one connected story. Not corporate reel-filler, not an agency job where someone else owns the vision. Whoever joins gets real creative ownership — your own eye, your own voice, shaping how this world actually looks.
Right now I’m looking for a colorist for our teaser. The series itself is mostly already shot, so this is where the visual language actually gets defined right now — grading here is not an afterthought, it’s a real creative role.
Down the line, once we move into new projects, I’ll also be looking for a DP to help build a completely unique visual language for this world with us.
I care less about „one skill, perfectly polished“ and more about range — if grading is your main thing but you’re also strong somewhere else (camera, edit, VFX, whatever), that’s exactly the kind of person I want working closely with me long-term, not a one-off hire.
You can spend the next year grading other people’s footage nobody remembers, or help define what an entire cinematic universe looks like.
It’s paid work — I won’t pretend it’s the big-budget kind yet. What it actually is: getting in early on something built to grow a lot, and growing with it.
Still studying or just graduated is completely fine — I care about taste and hunger more than years of experience.
If that’s you: send a couple of links to work you’re proud of, and a few lines about what got you into this craft and what you’re chasing right now. If it clicks, we start with a small paid test on our teaser before anything else.
