Dear all,
We are looking for 2 to 3 hair and make up artists available for two days (rehearsal and real shooting day) between roughly April 20 and Mai 20th. The dates are to confirm in the next weeks.
About the Project:
The experimental intercut feature film weaves together six genre worlds (chamber drama, drama, sci-fi, musical, horror, and surreal) into a visually driven exploration of identity, perception, and transformation. Two of the vignettes have already been shot. For the current segment, the musical vignette, we are seeking a Make-up Artist / Hair & Makeup Designer/ (SFX), ideally experienced with drag, expressive, or stylized character looks. Dance may be part of the scenes, so makeup should allow freedom of movement and expressive performance. Students or fashion school learners looking to gain film experience are also welcome.
Even though this is a no/low-budget project, we want to approach the art department ambitiously. Think big first. We can always scale down if needed. But maybe we can actually make more happen than we first imagine.
