I’m looking for one artist/creative to join me in my 90 sqm space + 28 sqm workshop at Gerichtshöfe, starting September at Gerichtstr. 12–13. Close to S‑Bahn Humboldthain / Wedding.
Approx. 90 sqm, shared with me only, no third person. Adjacent 28 sqm (wood) workshop, shared with a studio neighbor. 130 sqm in total (with hallway). 400 € utilities included (I don’t charge more than what the space costs for myself). Deposit required.
The space has high ceilings, is bright with big windows, and sits on the 4th floor. There’s a kitchen, bathroom, and a heavy-duty elevator with ground-level access.
I’m open to filmmakers/producers, post-production, colorists, (3D-)designers, artists, and whatnot, except for practices that rely heavily on painting or are frequently noisy.
