We’re a young independent production company looking for someone who doesn’t just manage shooting schedules, but wants to build calculations themselves and is excited to think through and lead a project from the start. We currently have several short films and a feature documentary in the works, all independently financed and developed.
How we work together: direct, honest, no hierarchy games. If something’s not working, we say so instead of letting it sit.
On pay right now: since we’re a young company focused on independence, we can’t offer a fixed fee at the moment. Long term, we want to change that, that’s a stated goal, not just a line for later.
You don’t need film school. Wanting to be self-driven and take on responsibility in an independent production, that’s what matters.
