Sear­ching for Short Films to pro­du­ce!

As well as working on my own pro­jects, I’m also loo­king to enga­ge with the Ber­lin film com­mu­ni­ty and (hop­eful­ly) help bring some pro­jects to life. I’ve pro­du­ced seve­ral shorts, as well as working pro­fes­sio­nal­ly as a Producer’s assistant, and would be loo­king to help pro­du­ce some smal­ler-sca­le pro­jects from inde­pen­dent film­ma­kers. Ide­al­ly I’m loo­king for important, cha­rac­ter-dri­ven sto­ries that can be shot in eit­her one or two days! I’m extre­me­ly drawn to pro­jects that reflect the topics and issues of today.

mein Name ist Mus­ta­fa Fat­lee.
Ich habe ein Kurz­film-Dreh­buch mit dem Titel „Der Kreis“ geschrie­ben (ca. 30–35 Minu­ten).
Log­li­ne:
Ein erschöpf­ter Bäcker durch­lebt einen schein­bar nor­ma­len Tag vol­ler Kon­flik­te und selt­sa­mer Begeg­nun­gen – bis er erkennt, dass er bereits tot ist.
Ich suche einen Regie­stu­den­ten oder ein Team, das Inter­es­se hat, die­sen Film als Pro­jekt umzu­set­zen.
Das Dreh­buch stel­le ich kos­ten­los für ein Stu­den­ten­film­pro­jekt zur Ver­fü­gung.

Short Film Script Available – “Befo­re We’re Stran­gers” (2 actors, 1 loca­ti­on)

Hi ever­yo­ne,

I’m a wri­ter based in Ber­lin and I have a short film script cal­led Befo­re We’re Stran­gers that I’d love to col­la­bo­ra­te on with a film stu­dent loo­king for a pro­ject.

The film is a quiet, dia­lo­gue-dri­ven sto­ry about two for­mer fri­ends who meet one last time on a bench by the Spree befo­re agre­e­ing to never speak again. During their con­ver­sa­ti­on they remi­nis­ce about small shared memo­ries and slow­ly con­front what their rela­ti­onship meant to them.

The script is:
– about 6–8 minu­tes
– two actors
– one out­door loca­ti­on
– dia­lo­gue-focu­sed and pro­duc­tion-fri­end­ly

I’m hap­py for a direc­tor to inter­pret or adapt the script crea­tively.

One small con­di­ti­on: I would love to play one of the roles in the film if the pro­ject moves for­ward, and to be invol­ved in the pro­cess as the wri­ter.
