– Graphic Designers – visuals, flyers, branding
– Social Media – content planning, upload, community
– Set Support – production assistants, setup
– Video/Photographers – for sessions and specials
– Models & Actors – for our promo videos (solo latinx/caribbean faces)
ABOUT US:
We are a Latin-Caribbean collective from Berlin and for 1.5 years we’ve been building spaces where culture, music, and people collide. We’re going to be honest with you. Two parents from our team passed away. It hit us hard. We had to slow down and for a while, productions and events were quiet. We couldn’t achieve what we wanted, not because we stopped believing, but because we needed to breathe again. Now we’re back and we want to grow our team to catch up on everything we missed.
OUR FORMATS:
**Bodega Mic** – weekly online live format for artists. One mic, one song, one take.
**Bodega Session** – monthly DJ session in a Späti. Donation-based.
**Wheels & Decks** – our annual car block party. Classic- and Muscle Cars, DJs and performance
WHATS UP:
We produce a lot. Video, photo, music, content. And we’re growing – with partners like Havana Club and Adam Audio who believe in us and want to invest. 2027 is going to be big. Bigger than we can handle alone.
WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW:
– Its npaid for now. We’re building since 1,5 years.
– Motivation isn’t enough, time and reliability are.
– Open to anyone who loves Latin-Caribbean culture and wants to be part of it.
